3.1.1 Exclusions - Warranty does not extend to items such as:
Physical and liquid damage
Modifications like rooting or jailbreaking devices
Single-use code items (e.g., activation or subscription codes)
Certain removable or consumable parts covered for 30 days
3.1.2 Warranty on Non-Removable Parts - Sealed consumables like built-in batteries have a 3-month warranty.
3.2 Data Responsibility - Customers should clear all data from devices prior to any return under warranty, as APL Repairs and Sales holds no liability for data loss.
4. Returns Policy
4.1 Products returned must include:
a. Valid proof of purchase.
b. Complete items as originally sold.
4.2 Products are subject to verification and testing before issuing any refunds or replacements.
5. Returns for Unwanted Products
APL Repairs and Sales provides a 14-day return policy for unwanted products for an exchange voucher, subject to condition verification.

8.2 Ownership and Data Clearance - Ownership transfers to APL Repairs and Sales upon completion of sale, and customers are responsible for removing personal data from devices.
